Please advise how to resolve this issue?

Everytime I try to change the style of the references, it goes to '"Chicago Manual of Style 17th (note)" and I get the message "zotero eperienced an issue with updating your document". It seems it uses "Chicago Manual of Style 17th (note)"as the default.

If this is a document with endnote citations, first switch to footnote citations, and then attempt to switch the style. Otherwise, see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents.

Hi there,

Thanks a lot for your help. Yes, I was using eendnote citation. I wwitched to footnote then save or ok, then let the Zotero sync (this basically removed all therefernces from endnote section). I then went to "Document Prefernces"and chose my prefered Biography Style then press ok. This seems to have resolved the issue.
