Journals not abbreviated correctly in Vancouver style

The problem with vancouver style in Zotero is the journals are not abreviated correctly

Do you have the wrongly capitalized article titles stored in the item data in sentence case as they should be ?

For the abbreviation: They are only automatically generated if you use the word processor add-on. Otherwise Zotero uses whatever is in the journal abbr. field

Interesting. I was using doi to generate all the information and it store the name as all capitalized for some reason

DOI metadata comes from the publisher -- it varies significantly in quality.
