Can't import annotations from Skim

    I have this same problem, but with every PDF or Skim file I open in Zotero.

    The "Import Annotations" option is always greyed out. I have never been able to use it. For a while, I just gave up. But it's really making Zotero hard to use. I have to go back and re-highlight my documents if I want to open them in Zotero and it's starting to drive me nuts.

    I reached out a few months ago about this problem, but nothing worked and I gave up. Hoping to have better luck the second time around.

    Skim saves PDF annotations in a different, non-standard format. They're not supported.
