Zotero doesn t add bibliography

Zotero does not add the entire bibliography.
I have connected Zotero with Mendeley Library.
Is there a problem?

    Zotero does not add the entire bibliography. I cite for example 12 papers inside Word document but in the bibliography section shows only the 7 papers.
    I have connected Zotero with Mendeley Library
    I wonder if that is the problem

    What exactly do you mean by having "connected" Zotero with Mendeley? Note that Zotero does not recognize citations inserted with Mendeley Cite
