Upgrade StorageWord on virtual machine is not communicating with Zotero on Mac.
Hi
I have Zotero installed on my Mac and word running in parallels. Word is generating error messages that Word is not communicating with Zotero. The error message is referring to a plug in problem. I try to reinstall the plug in, but Zotero is just trying to reinstall the Word for Mac plug in - so this is of no help at all because Word is not in the native Mac environment - it's in parallels.
Any advice would be appreciated.

dstillmanThat's definitely not a supported configuration, sorry. You would have to run the Windows version of Zotero in Parallels.
