Many collections and subcollections - how to edit such a file directly

I have my library organized in many collections and subcollections. Regarding this I have 2 questions:

1. Is it possible to edit the collections (the names and subcollections) without having to use the mouse to click on the collection and then click on the menu item etc? (I would like to be able to edit the file with collections and subcollections directly.)

2. Where is this information stored in Zotero?(What specific folders)

1) Depends on what you mean -- you can navigate through the collection tree with the arrow keys (up + down to switch between collection, left + right to exand collapse tree nodes) and can use return to go into edit mode on any collection title, so yes, it's possible without a mouse, but if you're asking if you can edit it essentially like a text file, the answer is no.

2) It's part of the zotero.sqlite file in the Zotero data folder (absolutely don't edit that directly)
