The page of preferences is only half displayed, the top half is black, which makes it impossible to set the functions in the preferences.

Can you take a screenshot, upload it somewhere (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), and provide a link here? Does this happen if you disable all third-party plugins?

If it's BBT, I'm working to move the BBT prefs out of the existing prefs pane.

Yes, you should obviously disable all your third-party plugins, which will almost certainly fix this. You can then re-enable them one by one until you find the one that interferes, and then let us and the developer know.

It works!!! It is the chartero plugin that causes this problem.Finally fixed the problem, thanks!
