Issue with pdf downloading on ipad

Hi all I am having issues accessing my pdfs in the ipad app. I have been through all the syncing troubleshooting with no success.

    This is a Debug ID from your Mac, not your iPad — which is fine, because the Mac is where the error is, but I'm not sure why you're referring to your iPad.

    (1)(+0000000): Error: Group with libraryID 1 does not exist
    Does the sync error go away if you restart Zotero?
