Error message when saving citation

When in an electronic library database, I clicked as usual on the little folder icon in the URL. Normally, all the entries on the page appear with check boxes so that I can tick those that I wish to save. After the latest update, this does not work anymore. The folder icon is still there, but clicking on it does not open a list with check boxes, but only produces an error message that the item (although I didn't even have the opportunity to choose anything) couldn't be saved and I should contact my translator.
I should be very grateful for any advice on how to fix this! Thank you very much in advance!
