Zotero 6.0.23 does not support webdev syncing on MacOS?

Zotero 6.0.23 does not support webdev syncing on MacOS?
I cannot set the webdev url in syncing referred with document (https://www.zotero.org/support/sync). In the sync tag, there is only Zotero account login.

You have to set up data syncing — which always uses Zotero servers — before you can set up file syncing.
