Citing books with no quotation marks
Hi,
When I cite a book, the book's name is cited without quotation marks. For example,
Mehmet Döşemeci, Debating Turkish Modernity Civilization: Civilization, Nationalism, and the EEC (New York: Cambridge University Press, 2013), 4. However, for other sources, there are quotation marks.
Mehmet Döşemeci, “Turkish Anti-Westernism: Restaging the Euro-Mediterranean World in the Era of Détente,” in Détente in Cold War Europe: Politics and Diplomacy in the Mediterranean and the Middle East, ed. Elena Calandri, Daniele Caviglia, and Antonio Varsori (London; New York: I.B. Tauris & Co Ltd, 2016), 220.
I am using the Chichago Full Note 17th edition, which was updated last in March 2023.
How could I ensure that books are also cited with quotation marks, which is the correct method?

adamsmithQuotation marks are basically never used for book titles in any citation style originating in anglo-saxon countries. They would most certainly be incorrect in Chicago Manual style
