New user, unable to set up syncing

Hi, I've been getting the error: invalid user name or password when trying to sync my mac with my ipad. Log-in works for browser and ipad, but not on the desktop app. Have also tried to unistall and reinstall but same problem. Appreciate your help, thanks.

You just entered the wrong username.

Hi, thanks for pointing the user name error. I've corrected it but still get the same error message.

You tried too many times with the wrong username and are temporarily blocked. Wait 30 minutes or reset your password and it will work as long as you use the correct username and password.
