The attached file could not be found at the following path in Groups

I have the problem with attached file in a group library:

Most of the attachments in made is still accessible for me, but not for the rest of the members

The attachments added from the other members are not accessible to me.

All the file files are accessible in Zotero web

How to restore or synchronize it so that all members can access the files from Zotero?
