EndNote/Refer/BibIX translater incomplete

The translator partially implements the formats, especially the differences between
Refer and EndNote formats, see for instance:

    You need to be more specific. I'm sure the developers have looked at the documentation, but you need to say what's missing.

    A quick look at the code seemed there were missing items, however i seem to have hit this bug:
