Zotero shows as disabled in the google chrome extension

Google Chrome extension - Zotero is disabled. It did not used to be.

I have cleared my caches, and cookies which was recommended by others. still no success.

    What do you mean by "Zotero is disabled"? You submitted a Report ID from the Connector, so it's not disabled in general.
