Crash log

Dear Zotero team,
I started to have issues with Zotero on ipad and am unable to open the app. Will you please help me with this?

  • Hi @smitsugi, thanks for reporting and sorry for your issues. In the crash report prompt you should see an option to "Export Database". Can you please export and send it to us to support@zotero.org? Thanks!

    If you need to use the app asap, you can delete it and re-install from App Store. But be aware that you'll loose your unsynced data. You can see what data is synced by opening your desktop app and if everything is available there, you can safely delete the iOS app.
