Zotero problem(missing files after open zotero after 1 second)

Today I open zotero, at first the files are all on the screen but after 1 second, suddenly there is no file in zotero, it become empty. Very strange. Does anybody know how to solve the problem?

    Try disabling any third-party plugins you're running. If the problem goes away, re-enable them one by one until you find the one that's interfering, and then let us know what the problem was and report the problem to the plugin developer.
