all the papers disappear at the display window!only can see it on the second i open the software.

I can see the Sorting panel on the left ,but when i click them ,nothing was shown in the middle display window! my english is so bad and it drives me crazy!

    If you're running third-party plugins, disable them and see if the problem goes away. If not, provide a Report ID to start.

    You should re-enable them one by one until you find the one that was interfering and then let us know what the problem was and report it to the plugin developer.
