Jump to annotation from note

    Is there a way to have the citation links work in the same way (opening pdf and linking to that particular annotation) without having to export to markdown?

    The citation links created when I 'Add Note from Annotations' only 'Select' the item in the library rather than open the pdf and jump to the annotation. Is this normal behaviour or have I changed a setting somewhere? I could swear I used to be able to click the annotation/citation link and be transported to the annotation inside the pdf file... but I could also be going crazy.

    The annotation and citation are separate. To go to the annotation, click the annotation in the note and choose Show on Page. The citation will only have Show Item that takes you to the item in the library.
