PDF display, unworkable limitations

Seeing if anyone else has this issue:

Zotero does not display 19th-century lithographed volumes from google books.

Here are two examples:

The files for these volumes show up as blank PDFs when displayed in Zotero's PDF viewer. They appear OK when opened in Adobe software or Apple Preview.

@Tremolophage Does the problem exist if you open them with https://mozilla.github.io/pdf.js/web/viewer.html ? If not, the issue will be fixed in Zotero 7.

@martynas_b, thanks for following up on this. The PDFs do not display in the viewer.

Basically, none of the 19th-century Urdu- and Persian-language lithographed texts on google books function properly in the Zotero pdf viewer--even when I extract one page at a time.

FYI Running the Beta 7 version and the same issues persist. Looks like it has not been fixed.

Unfortunately, if it doesn't work in the PDF.js viewer, it's not going to work in Zotero or any projects based on PDF.js. E.g., these don't display properly in Firefox either (when viewing the full PDF, not the viewer on Google Books).
