Upgrade Storagezotero not uploading pdfs
I have a bunch of articles in Box as pdfs that I want in Zotero. I have tried downloading to my hard drive and opening in a variety of ways- through web browsers, both Firefox and Edge, etc. I have the red "Z" and it does nothing when I click it add the article. Sometimes it says its disabled when my Zotero is open and should be fine. Or, I get the little icon at the top but it never toggles to the full article option, just stays as website snapshot.
I know I have done this process before successfully, although I do remember there being maybe an extra step, but I got it done. What am I doing wrong? I work on a PC, I have the Zotero extensions, etc.

adamsmithYou just want to get PDFs into Zotero from your hard drive? You can just drag & drop them to Zotero (using the browser connector doesn't work on local files)
