If keep Add-ons Manager open, close zotero main interface. The Add-ons Manager will still exist. And sometimes when zotero closed, there is still a zotero process in the task manager
I don’t think this is a bug — the add-ons manager is a Zotero window (like preferences, the main window, etc) — generally applications don’t close until you close all of their windows
It's not a bug that the Add-ons window stays open, but it's a bug that you can't (if I recall based on other reports) reopen the main window after closing it — you're stuck with the Add-ons window open. And if the zotero.exe process stays open if the Add-ons window is then closed, that's obviously a bug.
I doubt we'll fix either of these before Zotero 7, but if they persist after that we'll take a look.
