Upgrade StorageHow to use RTF Scan?
I'm using the instructions here:

My test RTF file has this content (without the "---").

Introducing some ideas.
“Hearing loss is the most common sensory disorder in human with an incidence of approximately 1 in 1,000 children.” {Hsu et al., 2005}
This is the end.
I want my bibliography to appear below.
---
No unmapped items are shown. However, the output file is simply an exact copy of the input file with the following added at the end:
\
\
\tx24 \li24 \fi-24 \sl240 \slmult1 \sa240 \
Any idea what I am doing incorrectly?
