Upgrade StorageHelp! APA 7th, Citation in the beginning of a sentence with different set of parentheses

I need your help please.
I am a new user of Zotero.
I am using APA and have difficulties with my citations.
I always get citations like this:
"It can be concluded, that plants are creatures (Ball et al., 2012)."
That's fine since in most of the cases I need exactly this kind of citation.
Though my problem is that I need also other APA conform citations in which parenthesis are set different - like this:
"Ball et al. (2012) found that plants are creatures."
So my question is, how can I get this second kind of citation, which is APA style as well?
