Upgrade StorageHelp syncing online library onto Zotero app on new laptop
Hi All, I would appreciate help with the steps required to download my Zotero online library onto my new Apple laptop. I had Zotero on last laptop synced with my online Zotero account and can see the same data on my old desktop app and in my online library.
I have a new laptop and want to upload the content from my online library with the Zotero app on my new laptop. I downloaded the Zotero app onto my desktop and then input my username and password. The Zotero app asked if I wanted to sync and I hit yes. Yet, the Zotero app library remains empty and did not sync with my online library.
I wonder what steps do I need to complete in order to sync my online Zotero library with my new Zotero app library. Thank you!

dstillmanJust click the Sync button in the toolbar once or make any change to your library that would trigger an auto-sync.
