Citations expanded

After submitting my assignment to turn it in, the harvard style short citations have expanded in each reference. Each time I try to click anything on zotero to change this on word my mac buffers and I have to quit word. I have tried reinstalling the chrome extension multiple times. I just want my citations to be short hand, and it is showing data and links.
