Upgrade StorageNeed of Style Update [Digestive and Liver Disease]

I am preparing a manuscript to submit my article on "Digestive and Liver disease". Unfortunately, Zotero is not up-to-date for this journal. Indeed, in the current guidelines it is stated that the first three authors only must be listed, followed by et al for references with four or more authors. However, when I used Zotero and select the "Digestive and liver disease" style, I have 6 authors listed. In addition, the software also add the URL of articles, and the journal don't ask them.
Would it be possible to update the "Digestive and Liver Disease" style according to journal latest request ?

It is indeed incorrect. However, the current style is a dependent style on the generic elsevier-vancouver.csl style and automatically generated. We'd need to make a custom style for this and take it out from the automatically-generating system.

Are you planning to update the current DLD style in the near future or should I use the vancouver style and manually fix what is non-compliant? Unfortunately, I can't change the current DLD style by myself as I don't know how to do it....
