Error: The attached file is unavailable in the online library.
Hello,
My name is Ruhun Wasata. I have been using my Zotero account under the name of Ruhun Wasata. I have been using my MacBook Air (2021) and my iPad 4th generation (2021). Previously I did not experience any issues with the file sync. However, whenever I try to open a newly added file to my Zotero account from my iPad, I get this dialogue box "Error: The attached file is unavailable in the online library. Please check that the file has synced on the device where it was added." I have been adding a file to my Zotero account on my laptop the same way I was doing previously. I have not experienced any problems before, but now it no longer works. I can access all the files from my laptop but not the iPad. Please help me how I can find a solution to the issue.
