this is my crash id ， when i open my zotero on ipad，it crashed and an id surfaces，so basically cannot sync with ipad and cannot open zotero on ipad

michalrentka@xiran92 you should see an option to "Export Database" when you crash on startup. Can you please tap that, save the resulting file and send it to support@zotero.org together with corresponding Report ID? Thanks!
