Zotero sync issues

Hello, I'm having troubles with two (possibly related) issues: 1) syncing my desktop library to the web library, and 2) purging data/deleting files/attachments in my web library. I have been able to delete attachments in my desktop library, no problem. But these changes are not being reflected in my web library because it's not syncing (issue 1), with reference added after 10/31/2022 also not appearing in the web library. So I have been trying to purge the data on my web library, which after 10+ attempts, it finally said it did (says it's sitting at 0 Mb presently). However, PDF files/attachments are still appear to be present in my library, and I cannot seem to even delete them manually (issue 2). SOMETIMES, though after trying again 10+ times, it may delete a file, but then I can't clear it out of the trash. What is happening here? Concerning my sync issue (1), I am including the error message/report and report ID below. Thank you for your help!

You appear to have an item in your library with…19,000 creators? Needless to say, that's not something we've tested with, and it won't work currently.

Paste "7ZMYJK3I" into the search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to see (what I believe is) the item in question. Do you recall how that item got into your library?

You'll need to delete that and empty the trash in order to sync (though depending on where this came from, you may have other items with similarly bad data).

Hi there, thanks a lot for your insight! Indeed, I have found quite a number of other entries with thousands of authors, no clue how this would happen or why they are in my library. But to be fair, it consists of >27,000 references cobbled together from a number of people/organizations, so clearly somebody screwed up along the way. It's a slog, but I've been doing my best to weed out these heavy, oddball entries in the hopes it makes syncing more cooperative and faster. But for now, both the desktop and web libraries are still extremely laggy and unresponsive at times. I'll come back to you if I continue to have problems. Cheers!
