Scrolling smoothness on monitors with high refresh rates

I spotted when previewing a PDF attachment on a MacBook with Apple Silicon and XDR Display (up to 120Hz), the scrolling is not as smooth as Chrome or native Preview App. Is this issue caused by rosetta? Thanks.
