@olshammar: It's what the message says. The group owner is at their storage quota.

I am the owner of the group and have only used 43.6% of my quota in total. I can not find a way to change the group's specific storage capacity?

You're not the owner of the group. The group owner can transfer the group to you from the group settings online if you want it to count against your storage quota.
