Broken Document - Google Docs
Hi,
I am currently unable to inset new footnotes in Google Docs (using footnotes).
I have tried troubleshooting. Zotero and Docs are both updated. I've copied the document to a new one. I tried to delete parts of the document and the issues seemed to be in the first half of the document, but I was unable to identify what was going wrong specifically. When I would try and change citations, I would get this error message:
500: Google Docs request failed.
{
"error": {
"code": 500,
"message": "Internal error encountered.",
"status": "INTERNAL"
}
}
I also was not able to change word processors. I would appreciate any guidance! Thank you.

dstillmanDid you enable Google Docs Integration v2 in Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences? There's a known bug in Google Docs that can cause errors like this (which is why we haven't enabled this much faster integration by default).
-
idwtbdYes, I have—should I disable it?
-
dstillmanIf you're getting this error, yes.
-
idwtbdThat worked, thank you so much!
