Feature Request: Custom Highlighter Names by Collection

It would be exceptionally helpful if the highlighter color names (i.e. Yellow, Red, Green, Blue...) could be edited such that they were unique to each collection. I'm assuming the data could be stored in a local config file that simultaneously lets users define custom colors by HEX (to get after the feature request for more highlighter colors) and a unique title displayed for each color in place of the color name... Thanks for the consideration!

There've been other requests for custom color names, but doing this by collection doesn't work — an item can exist in multiple collections.
