Find Available PDF works on Windows end but not Mac end

I've experienced this issue quite often recently. I used the Zotero desktop version for mac and windows. The same account is used to log in on both ends. And the school URL was set up for both too.

However, when I click find available PDF on the Mac end, it always reports 'no available pdf' after loading for a bit, but if I do the exact same on the windows end, it would smoothly finds the pdf doc.

My mac is using the school WiFi while the Windows end is using physical ethernet. Is that the issue here?

My mac does have two add-ons installed and running, but neither of them has anything to do with the configure setting.

    What do you mean by that? To be clear, neither proxy settings in the Zotero Connector nor the OpenURL resolver in the desktop app are relevant here.

    Do you have direct, unproxied access to PDFs when connected via wifi?

    Thank you for directing me to the debug report. I found it is actually the Sci-Hub add-on that prioritized another resolver over the school URl resolver I set up. So the problem is solved now.
