Group file storage
Hi
When I tried to access a Snapshot of an item in the Group Library, an error message came up saying 'Attached file could not be found. It may have been moved or deleted.'
Trying to figure out what went wrong, I searched the documentation for group file storage and since I'm the group owner, as I understand it, I need 'to set [my] preference for file storage in the Zotero Preferences.' I went into Preferences>Sync and have ticked both the 'sync attachment files in My Library' and 'sync attachment files in group libraries using Zotero storage'. I also checked our remaining storage space and since our group library has already used 28MB I assume things are being synced into Zotero storage...
So, why can I not access this Snapshot? What should I do?
Thanks!

Ya-WenThanks! I'll give this a try :)

fbennettThe key point is the description of Zotero Storage under item 3. Snapshots are not accessible via the web page, but they will sync to clients that have access to the group. You can access snapshots in a synced instance of Zotero, although they are not accessible via the web page of the group.
