Firefox is default browser but I also use Chrome.

How do I have Zotero Connect with whichever I am using to search.

I have Firefox connected but when I go to connect chrome it wants to take charge?

I'm not sure what you mean by this.

The Zotero Connector connects to Zotero, not the other way around. So you just use the Zotero Connector in whichever browser you're using.

URLs from Zotero will open in your system default browser, and that's not configurable in Zotero itself.
