iPad files not syncing

Hi there,

My Zotero files are syncing between my MacBook and my online account but my Zotero account is not updating even though it is set to sync attached files via Zotero in the gear menu. E.g. a folder of articles that I added on my Mac Zotero and can also access on my online Zotero, is not even showing up on my ipad Zotero library.

Any assistance would be helpful.

First, if you're referring to collections and items, that's about data syncing, not file syncing.
