Import Failure...selected file is not in a supported format

I am attempting to import a .RIS file into Zotero but I am getting the "The selected file is not in a supported format." Error message. I changed it to a BIB. Mendalay and clipboard.

What is the solution? My system is up to date and the version of Zotero is 6.0.21.

It's almost certainly just not a valid RIS file. Where exactly did you get it from? Open it in a text editor (e.g., Notepad or TextEdit) and paste the first entry here.
