Printing out notes and abstracts from zotero - capability lost!

I have been using zotero for a while and use it very basically for pdfs, referencing, producing bibliography and keeping my own notes attached to pdfs. I have never had a problem generating reports from individual items in order to print off abstracts, citations and my notes . However, this week I am unable to do this . If I generate a report from an individual item, I either get a blank page, or a report that is not printable- there is no print or save option on the page, and right clicking allows me to highlight the text but not to save it or print it - the option simply isn't there. I have just been able to generate a report of all 250 items, but cannot save or print it. I really want to have paper copies as back up and to write on. I would be really grateful for any help. I have checked for updates and everything is up to date.

I think there's some confusion here. There's never been a "print or save option on the page" when you generate a report. I also don't know what you mean by "right clicking allows me to highlight the text but not to save it or print it" — there's no right-click menu on reports at all. You can save or print reports from the File menu.

In any case, if you're having trouble with something, we'd also want a Report ID to start.
