[Suggestion] Toggle for left/right key behaviour in PDF Reader

For some PDFs, left/right keys behave as scrolling (left-right), whilst for others, they are page jump. I suspect this is something to do with the zoom ratio of the pdf (but am not sure as sometimes even if the all width of the pdf is shown - the scrolling is still enabled.) It'd be nice if there can be a setting for left/right key behaviour (though I personally prefer the page jump).
