import bibtex-error:not suport this format

I have the below BibTex format. And I want to import this using "import from clipboard" works. but there is a error that is "not support the file format"

why I can not import paper with bibtex?

That imports fine in regular Zotero. If you're having trouble with BBT installed, you'll need to ask the BBT developer.
