Can't get all pdf files to sync to one computer

I used Zotero offline.
Then I made an account. I sync two computers.
It turned out I had more than 300mb, and all the files did not sync.
I upgraded to 2gb and it looks like I'm using 320mb or so.
One computer has all the files (the first one I made an account on)
The second computer won't sync all the pdf file, even if I delete the database and storage and start over.

    You just need to sync with file-syncing enabled on the computer where the files were added. See Files Not Syncing if you're having trouble.

    That is not the problem. I have one computer with all the pdf files and other with half the pdf files. I have synced many tiles. Please look into this.

    The files that did not sync before upgrading won't sync to the server

    dstillman links to troubleshooting info above -- run through those steps and, in the unlikely case they don't fix things, provide the requested information in step 5 or 8, whichever applies.
