Why can't I find the plugin entry in the tool in the file list?

    你好，我想要安装一个新的插件。我打开文件列表页面的菜单栏里的工具，想找到插件安装入口，没有找到，在菜单栏其他入口那里也没有找到插件安装入口。

    You install plugins by going to Tools → Add-ons and dragging the XPI you've downloaded onto that pane or selecting "Install Add-on from File…" from the gear menu.
