snapshots from books on amazon or google

Can Zotero take snapshots of pages inside books? I tried on Amazon and Google. It creates the snapshot and it looks like it worked. But if I try to view the snapshot later, then it will not load anymore.

    Amazon and Google have technical barriers that prevent not only Zotero but most other software from auto-capturing pages inside books. (They want you to come to their sites to view these books and don't want people copying them.) However, open book services such as Open Library (a site that is likely to grow very rapidly over the next year) do allow Zotero to take snapshots.
