Import actual PDF files from Zotero

Does anyone know how to import actual PDF files into Zotero. I'm moving to a new computer and though it's synced with my online zotero, I only have a free account. Is there a button anywere where I can click it and have Zotero actually automatically download the PDFs of all of the files in it?

There is a "Find Available PDF" option on right click in the middle panel, but that only includes so many items.
