urgent BIBLIOGRAPHY issue with the new word file

hello
please it's urgent, I moved my final thesis draft to another new word document I copy and past all the BIBLIOGRAPHY, but when I continue writing when I insert citations nothing is added to the bibliography ?? but when I click on the added bibliography in the word file, all the missing bibliography added but not gradually and I can't change anything
please I need a help

    It's not really clear what you mean here. A Zotero bibliography is just a placeholder — the actual bibliography contents are generated automatically based on the Zotero citations you've to the document. If you copy just the bibliography to a new document, it won't work, because there won't be any citations. If you copy citations, you can then insert a bibliography based on those citations. If you copy the whole document, it will just continue working like it did before.

    If you copied content and the citations aren't being added to the bibliography, you may have accidentally flattened the citations:
