[Question] Content Inclusion of Sync Attachment Folder

Does the .zip file generated by Zotero (in Webdav syncing) includes all files in the source folder (i.e. not merely the primary PDF)?

Asking as it occur to me just now that I have a habit of saving supplementary information and files into the same folder of the paper that I'm currently reading.

    Don't do that. The data directory is meant to be managed by Zotero.

    If you want to add supplementary files, add them as separate attachments to the parent item, which will also allow you to open them from Zotero itself.
