Error syncing pdf files between computers

Hi, I have tried several remedies described in the forums to fix my situation, but to no avail. I receive the following error message when attempting to open a pdf version of my articles. It shows that a pdf exists, but it does not open. Apparently it is not syncing. I pay for storage and am not happy about this issue! Please help.

    S3 returned 0
    Something on your computer or network is blocking access to the Amazon cloud servers that Zotero uses for file syncing. If this is an institutional computer, talk to your IT department. Otherwise, see Connection Error. (Some requests are getting through for you, so that's not quite the same thing, but you can't access Amazon S3 for some reason. This isn't a problem in Zotero.)
