Adding a citation by Zotero crashes Words

Every time I try to add a citation by using Zotero, the Words is shut down. It's the first time it happens. I tried to restart my PC but it didn't help.

Did you submit this Report ID after having Word crash for you? What's the full version number of Word that you are running?
